You should always consider the colour palette for your business, as colour matters!
So what color is right for your business? (The million pound question!) The right color palette is an essential element of a corporate identity, logo design and business branding, and should be a thoughtful consideration.
Since the beginning of time people have projected meaning and associations onto colour and tones. Whether this colour is warm or cold, bright or muted, it all makes a difference in the design process, therefore making a difference to how your business brand is perceived.
The colour green, because it is the primary colour in nature, is seen as refreshing and tranquil which is perfect for a yoga studio or life coaching company logo. Blue is overwhelmingly found to be the favorite color of most people. It also evokes feelings of commitment, dependability and trustworthiness. (It also happens to be the main colour for Billingshurst’s best known graphic design agency!). Company logo’s that would benefit from blue include banks, solicitors and insurance companies. There is a reason why the colour red is used in many company logos and for emergency vehicles. Red grabs the eye and encourages activity and also shows trustworthiness.
When choosing a colour for your company logo do some research on what you are trying to convey and what colours works best to show it. We take all this into consideration when designing logos here at BlueFlameDesign.
